Full Description
The FSI B38 family boasts an efficient petrol EFI engine that delivers more torque and improved fuel economy compared to carburetted petrol engines.
By retracting the extendable tracks, FSI B38 TRACK achieves a class-leading 79 cm width for access through narrow passages or garden gates. Belts conveniently located on the far side of the stump cutter, and the sturdy FSI power-clutch ensure efficient energy transmission and easy belt adjustment.
While the closed bearing housing removes the need for daily cutter wheel greasing, and FSI power-sweep automatically adjusts cutter wheel sweep speed to reduce engine and drivetrain stress.
TRACKED TRACTION
A set of counter-rotating tracks offer enhanced maneuverability and traction on challenging terrain and can be retracted to allow passage through narrow garden gates.
FSI POWER-DRIVE
FSI B38 TRACK offers FSI power-drive, a 2-speed ground drive system, that allows the users to choose between HI for long distance travel at increased speed or LO for enhanced traction during travel over terrain and during stump cutting.
REMOTE CONTROL
The remote control allows for efficient operation, flexibility and comfort for the operator while offering an excellent view of the work area. In addition, the machine is fitted with a basic operating panel for ease of movement in workshops and when loading onto trailers or trucks.
NO DAILY MAINTENANCE
The closed bearing for the cutter wheel is pre-greased from factory for more than 1000 hours of normal operation, eliminating the risk of under- or over greasing and make daily maintenance a thing of the past.
SERVICEABLE CLUTCH
This powerful hydraulic clutch with integrated brake was developed by FSI, especially for use in stump cutters. The clutch is fully serviceable, and all components are available as individual spare parts to avoid a complete replacement of the clutch.
LARGE WORK AREA
Its class-leading 217 cm sweep minimises the need for repositioning, while the single-side mounted cutter wheel enables close cuts near fences or obstacles. Cut 91 cm above ground level and 47 cm below surface.
