Ferris FW45 Walk Behind Mower
The FW45 dual hydrostatic walk behind mower was built from the ground up to meet the demands of professional mowing crews. Its super tough built construction offers a low centre point of gravity and the wide wheel stance results in unparalleled traction and stability on hillsides without the need of twin-wheels.
The user friendly design features smooth operation by means of a cruise control bar, independent speed reduction levers, thumb controlled speed override and foot operated return-to neutral controls. The floating deck design in combination with a wide nose wheel enables the deck to react to any inconsistencies in the terrain. Ferris walk-behind mowers are built to withstand the rigours of all day commercial use.

FW45 Features
Easy Deck Adjustment
The deck is easily adjusted by the single-point quick adjust lever which can be locked away securely.
Even Belt Tension
Deck drive belt system is designed to provide even belt tension which improves the life of the belt and reduces maintenance.
Centralized Foot Control
New centralised foot control for neutral position provides the operator with a more natural control. The neutral position is identified on the speed indicator on the dash.
Improved Deck Mounting
The new mower deck mounting system provides easier deck levelling, improved flexibility over terrain, and more durable wear points for reduced maintenance.
No Need to Restart
New PTO (blade) switch allows the operator to stop the mower blades simply by putting the mower in the neutral position and releasing the operator presence handles, while the engine continues to run..
Transmission guards
Narrow transmission guards reduce debris built up to improve airflow and allow for access to the oil filter for maintenance
