The strong welded steel construction houses a robust flail rotor of 122 cm cutting width with 34 independent flail blades which deliver excellent cutting action. This efficient flail mower is designed to excel in applications such as landscaping, agriculture, utility, maintenance, construction sites, road right-of-ways, trails, and all other areas needing brush or overgrown area control. FM35 Flail Features
34 J-type flail cutters
34 J-type flail cutters, rotor bearing debris shields and flexible rubber debris guards.
Protective guards
Impact protective guards to avoid damage to rotor bearings and belt drive system.
Shaft driven construction
Strong shaft driven construction with gearbox and universal joint between engine and flail rotor.
Rotor design
Swept lug design which is more forgiving for accidental impacts.
Rotor bearing protection
Rotor bearing protection and adjustable hardened skid plates.
Over 180 degrees belt wrap
More than 180 degree belt wrap on drive system from shaft drive to flail rotor to ensure power transmission to rotor. Rotor drive powered by a bonded duplex belt.
